– AI-FIRST FOR WELL-BEING –
Let machines do the work.
So humans can do the living.
Everyone’s racing to use AI to do more. That’s the wrong answer. The right one is sitting right in front of us – and almost nobody’s asking for it.
– AI-FIRST FOR WELL-BEING –
So humans can do the living.
Everyone’s racing to use AI to do more. That’s the wrong answer. The right one is sitting right in front of us – and almost nobody’s asking for it.
THE QUESTION NOBDY ASKED
We got every tool we asked for. Faster email. Smarter scheduling. Content that writes itself. Meetings that summarize themselves. Workflows that run overnight while you sleep.
And yet – we’re more burned out than ever. More disconnected than ever. More convinced that the next tool, the next system, the next optimization will finally be the thing that makes us feel okay.
It won’t be. Because efficiency was never the problem.
The loneliness epidemic. The meaning crisis. The quiet anxiety that you’re building something impressive and missing the point entirely. None of these are solved by a better workflow. You can automate your way into irrelevance and still feel completely hollow.
AI’s most important gift isn’t productivity. It’s time.
Time to be human again. Time to connect, rest, parent, think – and just exist without the endless doing that modern life demands.
How most people use AI
AI makes me faster
“I can produce 10× the content. Process 10× the emails. Handle 10× the work. I’m a productivity machine.”
HI, I’M YIFAT COHEN
Connection. Community. That’s the whole job.
I finished my Israeli Air Force service, bought a one-way ticket to Chile, packed a tent, and left with the confident assumption that everyone speaks English.
They do not.
Eight months, one volcano summit, two bungee jumps in Ecuador, and a lot of hitchhiking with Argentine truck drivers later – I understood something no book could have taught me: connection isn’t a feature. It’s the whole product.
Then Google+ happened. I was one of the first 100 people invited. In a platform nobody cared about, I found my tribe – and built something that outperformed Gary Vaynerchuk and Guy Kawasaki. Not because I was louder. Because I understood that people don’t want content. They want to feel something.
Now there’s AI. And everyone’s using it to do more, faster, louder. I have a different idea.
THE BEGINNING
Israeli Air Force
Discipline. Precision. The understanding that the people beside you are the mission – not the equipment.
THE DISCOVERY
South America – 8 months, zero Spanish
One volcano. Two bungee jumps. The realization that connection finds a way when you create the conditions for it.
THE PROOF
Google+ – First 100 in
Built a community that outperformed the big names. Made clients $250k in five days. Proved the thesis: it was never about the platform.
THE DISCIPLINE
Krav Maga – Green Belt
Some things cannot be delegated. Knowing the difference between those things and everything else is the whole game.
THE CURRENT CHAPTER
AI-First for Well-being
The most powerful tool yet – in service of the same mission it’s always been. Connection. Community. What else is there?
Always have been. Here’s what that actually means.
I’m That Geek who finished her Air Force service and immediately bought a one-way ticket to South America with a backpack, a tent, and zero Spanish. (Turns out the world does not, in fact, all speak English. Filed that away.)
I’m That Geek that Google flies around to speak about their own products. As a non-Googler. Let that sink in.
I’m That Geek who got 4× the engagement of Gary Vaynerchuk and Guy Kawasaki – not by being louder, but by actually showing up.
I’m That Geek who gets 80% retention on a 90-minute hangout, 40% conversions, and $250k for a client in 5 days – because people don’t want content. They want to feel something.
I’m That Geek who now uses AI to do the work – so humans can do the living.
I’m That Geek who asks “what do we actually want more time for?” before anyone in the room touches an automation strategy.
I’m That Geek who earned a Krav Maga green belt, because some things cannot be delegated. Knowing the difference between those things and everything else? That’s the whole game.
I’m That Geek who interviewed Tom Chi about inventing Google Glass, T.J. Marchetti (SVP Digital Marketing, The Walt Disney Studios) about bringing the Muppets back, Ben Jealous about almost being killed for a story – and made everyone in the room feel like they had a front-row seat.
I’m That Geek who took Entrepreneur on Fire’s Google+ from the dark woods of ignorance to the beautiful fields of opportunity. John Lee Dumas’s words, not mine.
I’m That Geek who bungee jumped off a bridge in Ecuador. Twice. (The second time was research.)
I’m That Geek who stands up in a room full of Apple users and asks what is wrong with you people.
I’m That Geek who worships Brené Brown and still struggles with vulnerability. Working on it. In public, apparently.
I’m That Geek who beat IBM Watson in Rock, Paper, Scissors. Watson called it a statistical anomaly. Sure it did.
I’m That Geek who will be as invested in your growth as you are. If not more. Phillip Stutts called it: “She cares more about helping and delivering than anybody I’ve ever been around.”
I’m That Geek who will try everything at least once. Unless it’s pork. That’s a filthy animal.
Google+ was a tool. Hangouts were a tool. AI is the best tool yet. The day a better one shows up, she’ll be first in line.

“Thanks for taking Entrepreneur on Fire G+ from the dark woods of ignorance to the beautiful fields of opportunity.”

“Her System Makes It Easy To Stay Consistent, Be Relevant And Visible Without The Immense Time Investment That Busy Experts Like Me Just Don’t Have.”

“She literally whipped out a full website, sales funnel and copy in less than a week. So if you’re listening to this, get some Yifat in your life.“
